Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 September 2026

This policy explains what Nessel Moving Co. (“Nessel”) collects when you use the site, and how Google’s terms apply when we call Google Maps Platform.

What we collect

If you create an account, Clerk stores the account details you provide (such as email) so you can sign in and save visa paths or neighborhoods. Saved paths live in your account. We also use standard hosting and security logs (IP address, browser, and pages requested) to operate the site. Do not upload passport scans, government-portal passwords, or other official documents.

Google Maps Platform

When neighborhood search checks that a venue is real, Nessel may send the venue name and city to Google Maps Platform. Google processes that request under Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Maps terms (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/). We do not keep Google’s response — names, ratings, reviews, photos, Street View imagery, or coordinates — in our database or files. API keys are restricted in Google Cloud to Nessel websites (including nesselmovingco.com and local development hosts).

Accounts and cookies

Clerk uses cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in. You can close your account or clear this browser’s site data to remove a local session. For Clerk’s own processing, see Clerk’s privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version. Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact page, or to hello@nesselmovingco.com.
