Terms & Conditions

Nessel Moving Co. (“Nessel”) is an informational guide for people exploring long-stay visas and neighborhoods. It is not a law firm, immigration consultant, government office, or visa-application service.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or immigration advice. Eligibility, fees, processing times, and outcomes depend on official rules and your circumstances. Confirm every requirement with the official government source, or a licensed immigration lawyer, before you apply or travel.
Information can be wrong or out of date
Visa rules, official links, costs of living, news, and first-hand accounts change. We may summarize or link to third-party pages. Those sources, not Nessel, control the underlying facts. Do not treat anything here as complete or current.
No guarantee of a visa or a home
Saving a path, completing a checklist, or using neighborhood search does not mean you will be approved, admitted, or able to rent or buy housing. Governments and landlords make those decisions.
Your use of the site
You are responsible for how you use Nessel, including applications you file and money you spend. Use the site only for lawful personal research. Do not rely on Nessel as your only source.
Accounts and saved data
If you create an account or save paths on this device, that information is stored so you can return to your plan. Do not store passwords for government portals, passport scans, or other official documents here.
Neighborhoods and other features
Neighborhood search and related tools may be limited, password-gated, or paid. Availability, pricing, and coverage can change. Cost-of-living figures are illustrative typical prices, not live quotes.
Google Maps and third-party services
Some neighborhood features use Google Maps Platform APIs to confirm that a venue exists and is still operating. By using those features you also agree to Google’s Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not store Google Places content such as names, ratings, reviews, photos, or coordinates. Google API keys used by Nessel are restricted to Nessel domains.
Changes
We may update these terms or the site at any time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use means you accept it.
